"Box showed up crushed"
The packaging was rough. The box came all crushed up, and one corner of the item ended up scratched because of it. Come on now, I expected it to be packed a little better than that

"Really soft fabric, honestly impressed"
I ordered this top kind of randomly while I was supposed to be looking for a birthday gift for my sister, and I’m glad I did. The fabric feels really nice and soft, not scratchy at all, which is always the first thing I notice because I can’t stand itchy clothes. It’s lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. I’ve worn it around the house and out for errands, and it’s been super comfortable. I’d definitely buy another one.

I had a small issue with my order and got a little worried at first, but I reached out to them and they replied faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
It took a bit of back and forth to get everything figured out, but they handled it well and got it fixed in the end. Happy with how it turned out — definitely a solid 5 stars from me.

I’ve ordered from lasttango.us a handful of times now, the sizing has been reliable for me. I was in a relaxed mood when I placed my last order since I already had a good idea of what size to get, and it ended up fitting about how I expected. One piece felt just a little off, but not enough that I wanted to deal with a return. Overall, I’m happy with what I’ve bought, though I do wish every style had a few more fit notes.

I tried lasttango.us hoping the pricing would feel a little more reasonable, but it seemed kind of high for what I ended up getting. The experience wasn’t terrible or anything, but I kept wondering if the quality was really enough to justify the cost. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for me it didn’t feel like the value was there. I’d probably shop around and compare other options before buying again.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But the prices were fair and the quality ended up being better than I thought. Felt like a good deal overall. No major complaints. I’d use Last Tango again.

"Return wasnt as easy as I expected"
Ordering went totally fine, but the return process was a bit more annoying than I thought it would be. I had to dig around to find the info I needed, and then I ended up waiting longer than expected. It wasnt awful or anything, just more of a hassle than it shouldve been

"Refund showed up, but it took way too long"
I did eventually get my refund, so at least that part worked out. It just took longer than I expected, and the updates along the way felt like the same canned apology over and over instead of an actual explanation. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating
